Utah freedom of information act

Utah Supreme Court holds that bank records seized by law enforcement pursuant to a lawful subpoena must be disclosed under Utah’s freedom of information act; that moot freeze orders are not reviewable; and that there must be a substantial causal connection between a compensable workers compensation and injury and a subsequent injury for new benefits to be awarded.
