In the last 7 days, the United States Supreme court rejected private enforcement of Medicaid reimbursement ratemaking; set a standard for pregnancy discrimination claims; revived a racial gerrymandering claim; summarily held ankle bracelet tracking devices are searches under eh 4th Amendment; and summarily held it never said attorneys are ineffective when they miss irrelevant testimony about other defendants.
