10th Circuit holds selling land during appeal by appealing party moots case and equity requires the underlying judgment to remain on the record; holds there is more to being a sheepherder in a wage claim case than herding sheep; allows a possibly fraudulent bankruptcy claim for spousal support award to be challenged in state court; holds robberies which are generic extortion can enhance criminal sentences under the federal guidelines; and holds full federal criminal restitution paid by installment cannot be satisfied by garnishment when no installment is due.
